Ultrasonic Analysis for Ocular Tumor Characterization and Therapy Assessment

In ophthalmology, ultrasonic tissue characterization methods can distinguish among types of intraocular tumors, differentiate between subclasses of a given general type of tumor, provide parameters of use in treatment planning, and detect and grade changes in tissue during the course of therapy.
